Does a price look wrong?
If you have had this work quoted or done recently and our figures do not match, tell us. We check every report, and we would rather fix a page than defend it.
What happens next
Every report is read. If our figure is wrong we correct it and update the review date on the page, usually within five working days. If it turns out to be right, there is often a local reason worth explaining, and that gets added too.
We publish guide prices, not quotations, so a difference of a few hundred pounds on a large job is not necessarily an error. A figure that is out by half almost certainly is.
